Return & Exchange Policy – Golden Aura

At Golden Aura, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges under the following terms.

🛍️ Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.

📦 Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Perfume bottles must contain at least 95% of the fragrance.

  • All original labels, protective seals, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product is eligible if it is damaged, defective, stained, incomplete, or incorrect compared to what you ordered.

Please note: Samples, tester units, and heavily used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

📩 How to Submit a Return/Exchange Request

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our Customer Support team at: info@goldenaura.pk
    Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and a photo (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and respond with instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

    • Once approved, we will provide the return address and next steps.

⏱️ Processing Time

After we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 working days for processing. During peak seasons this may take up to 14 working days.

🔄 Exchanging for Another Product

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, you may choose another product of equal or greater value (additional charges may apply).

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved but you don’t want an exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method or credited to store balance (based on your preference).

  • Please note delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

📌 Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 15 days from delivery date will not be accepted.

  • We may decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
